Spears School Hall of Fame

The Spears School Hall of Fame was initiated in 1964 to recognize and honor business graduates who have distinguished themselves in their professional careers, who have displayed effective leadership, who have made exemplary contributions to their communities, and who have freely given meritorious service to others. Induction into the Hall of Fame is the highest honor the College can bestow upon one of its graduates.
Nomination Criteria
- Nominees must be graduates of the Spears School with a BS, MS, MBA, or PhD degree.
- Nominees should have distinguished themselves while a student in the Spears School and by success in their chosen field since graduation. Nominees may have achieved success in entrepreneurial, corporate, governmental, professional, or educational areas. Success is measured in a number of ways, not solely by the accumulation of wealth. Interest and concern for others is also significant, as measured by the individua’s involvement in worthwhile civic, human betterment, and philanthropic activities or any combination of these.
- Individuals holding a state or federal office are not eligible for nomination.
- Individuals employed by Oklahoma State University are not eligible for nomination
