The Department of Economics and Legal Studies in Business in the William
S. Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University offers comprehensive
and rigorous undergraduate and graudate economics programs. These programs are
designed to equip students with the analytical tools required for high-quality
research and application. Our graduates develop a good understanding of human
behavior by applying analysis techniques to contemporary economic issues. They
are thus able to exercise their ability to think independently when evaluating
public policies or business decisions.
The Department is
also home to the Center for Applied Economic
Research the Oklahoma Economic
Forecast.
