Executive Interaction

The senior students take part in a true case analysis competition known as "Executive Interaction" each year. This competition involves top level business professionals as judges, giving students the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of, what might be for some, prospective employers. At the end of the first round of competition, several teams are selected to proceed to the final round. The finalists then present their findings and recommendations to the entire PD class as well as a panel of executive judges. This year the case involved Intel and their recent loss of market share to their competitor AMD. Students were also asked to investigate AMD's recent acquisition of ATI, and the possible repercussions for Intel in the computer graphics industry.
