Each application is comprised of the following:

  • Graduate College Online Application form, including official transcripts from each institution attended, including Oklahoma State University
    • We recommend sending Graduate College materials (application, transcripts, and processing fee) four weeks prior to Program deadlines to allow ample time for processing.
    • The MBA Graduate Studies Committee restricts special student enrollment to a maximum of three credit hours. Non-degree seeking students must submit all MBA program application material, including an official GMAT score, for the next admission period and be admitted in order to continue taking classes.
  • MBA Program Online Application:
    • GMAT score (Institution Code: V0W-5V-93) with a suggested minimum score of 550
      • Medical professionals are not required to submit a GMAT score but must provide an official MCAT/DAT score:
        • Doctor of Osteopathic medicine applicants must submit an official MCAT.
        • Dental applicants must submit an official DAT score.
    • Three names and email addresses for recommenders. Automated system will send them an email with link to form and instructions on what is needed.
    • Current resume
    • Statement of Purpose discussing your strengths and weaknesses, and reason(s) for pursuing this degree

    **GMAT scores are required by all applicants who are not currently-practicing medical professionals. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
