And so what is this science we call Finance?
Robert Sarnoff believes "Finance is the art of passing currency from hand to hand until it finally disappears." Some, however, say that Money is the root of all evil, but Ayn Rand replies,
"So you think that money is the root of all evil. Have you ever asked what is the root of all money?"
Honestly, as Richard Feynman once said,
"What I am going to tell you about is what we teach our physics students...
It is my task to convince you not to turn away because you don't understand it.
You see my physics students don't understand it... That is because I don't understand it. Nobody does."
Kidding aide, Finance is the process of raising funds or capital for any kind of expenditure.
and so the science of Finance is the study of the management of funds.
In a layman's terms, however, Finance is about how to get more out of your money.
 No matter your particular taste of Finance, one thing is for sure: we all have to be thankful for the
greedy Babylonian merchants without whom there would be nor Money neither Finance!
