The Department of Management is an active department of scholars seeking to make positive contributions in several professional venues. We offer a wide variety of classes at the undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. level.

We take pride in our department's strong commitment to teaching and research excellence. Our faculty have won several teaching awards throughout the years and many of our faculty continue to have research published in top-tier journals of their field. We have nationally and internationally recognized scholars researching in such areas as stress, strategic management, entrepreneurship, human resources, leadership, and team dynamics. Community outreach is another strength of our department, with many of our faculty members participating in public programs and seminars offered through the Center for Executive and Professional Development.
