The economics concentration requirements provide students with an in-depth understanding of applied economics as well as a solid general business foundation from the MBA curriculum.

Students fully admitted to the MBA program who wish to obtain a concentration in Economics would be required to complete the following coursework.

A prerequisite for most of the courses in the Economics track would be ECON 5113 Managerial Economics. In addition, the econometrics and forecasting courses have a prerequisite of STAT 3013 or equivalent.
