Business Processes and Project Management logoBusiness professionals wanting to gain tools that will advance their business should attend "Improving your Business Processes and Project Management" on Dec. 11-12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the OSU-Tulsa campus.

Participants will learn the basics of business process improvement and then have the opportunity to apply the lessons through a project management practical exercise. Program participants will benefit from the two-day event by learning how to lower business costs, reduce errors, use resources efficiently and establish better customer service. After the seminar, participants will find themselves more engaged at work by applying these concepts to business processes.

The program will focus on measuring the results of work and how to monitor and adjust new processes. The one-day process improvement seminar paired with the one-day project management and practical application seminar provides business professionals and their organizations with a powerful framework of business process and project management.

Marc Tower, adjunct instructor for the OSU Department of Management, will be the seminar leader. He has spent the last nine years helping companies operate more effectively.

Registration for the first full-day of the program is $450 or $790 both days of the program, process improvement and project management and practical application. To register or learn more information, visit www.cepd.okstate.edu/openenrollment/improving or call 866-678-3933.
