April 14--7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. and April 15--7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. | Presenters: Drs. Matthew Bowler, Robert Dooley, and Debra Nelson A seminar designed for executives, managers or upper-level leaders. What can I expect? At various times, management in organizations perceive a need for change. This program addresses what drives change, as well as how to create a sense of urgency, alignment and support among management groups. In addition, participants will learn how to create a network for change by establishing a system that solicits involvement and ownership of key stakeholders. This will be accomplished by using a mix of break-out sessions, interactive lectures, individual analysis and assessment, and case studies to teach participants how to lead your organization to successfully adapt to changes in the business environment.
