Manzer said that effective attitudes breed happier and more productive employees and can significantly contribute to an organization’s success. The seminar will discuss how attitudes form, organize and change to affect the self image and the environment of the workplace.
“When people grow in understanding about how attitudes affect employees, then people learn how to shape their working environment,” Manzer said. “When you shape the office environment to be positive, productivity almost inevitably goes up.”
Manzer utilizes a storytelling technique in his classes at OSU, and he has earned a reputation as an entertaining lecturer. In addition to presenting hundreds of seminars annually, Manzer has several years of practical experience as a sales representative and marketing research assistant for Dow Chemical Company.
McKinney said Manzer’s practical advice will allow participants to immediately apply the knowledge they acquire in this presentation.
