Jeanine Porck is an Assistant Professor in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Her research takes a behavioral approach to strategic management and focuses on what helps or hinders (management) teams to coordinate and align their strategic efforts. Her research interests include intergroup relations, strategic consensus, social identity, multiteam systems and social networks. Jeanine has published in Strategic Management Journal and has presented her research at several Annual Meetings including the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society and EURAM.
