William S. Spears School of Business Scholar Leader Scholarships |
The generosity of a number of individuals and companies has
enabled the Spears School of Business to implement a prestigious Scholar Leader
Program.
Fifteen incoming freshmen are selected for participation in this
program, using the OSU Freshman Scholarship Application as the basis for
participant selection. Participants receive a scholarship each of their four
years of continuous enrollment as an undergraduate. Renewal is contingent upon
an acceptable level of continued participation in the Scholar Leader Program
activities. Included among these activities are attending on-campus speaker
programs, Tulsa Business Forums, Oklahoma City Executive Management Briefings,
etc.
The criteria used to select participants for the program include a
commitment to being a business major, a minimum of 25 on the ACT, freshman
status, 3.2+ GPA (high school), and willingness to participate in Scholar Leader
Program activities.
