2. Have I completed 62 hours outside the William S. Spears School of Business (SSB)?

    To calculate the number of hours you have completed outside the Spears School of Business, total the number of hours of non-SSB-prefix courses you have completed. (Note: Except for MSIS 2103 and up to 9 hours of ECON courses, no other courses with ACCT, BADM, BCOM, FIN, LSB, MGMT, MSIS, or MKTG prefixes can be included as part of the hours counted as being outside the SSB.)

3. Do I have the minimum required grade-point average?

    To determine what GPA you are required to have, check your degree requirement sheet. Make sure you select the correct sheet for your major and the year of your matriculation, which is the school year that you completed your first college-level course at any college/university. Note: For individuals who have a Fall 2003 matriculation date, the minimum university, departmental,major GPA is 2.5. and

4. Transfer students only: Have I taken a minimum of 50 percent of the required hours in my major at OSU?

    A minimum of 50 percent of the courses listed in the right-hand column of your degree requirement sheet must be completed at OSU.

5. Transfer students only: Of the business-prefix courses I have to take, are a minimum of 50 percent of the hours taken at OSU?

    Business prefixes include the following: ACCT, BADM, BCOM, ECON, FIN, LSB, MGMT, MKTG, and MSIS.

6. Transfer students only: Have I taken a minimum of 30 hours in residence at OSU?

    (Note: Correspondence courses taken through OSU cannot count as part of the 30-hour requirement.) Residence hours are those that are listed in your semester grade reports.

7. Transfer students only: Have I completed a minimum of 60 hours at a 4-year college/university?

    To calculate this requirement, total the number of hours you have completed at a 4-year college/university.
