OSU Management Development Programs
will assist Dallas area business professionals

Management Development Programs–DallasOklahoma State University is offering a series of programs in Dallas that will help participants and companies receive the knowledge to be and continue to be successful in today’s dynamic business environment.

The Management Development Programs are available in Dallas this September and October. The series is hosted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Deloitte and ISN. Sessions will be held in Uptown Dallas at the partnering organizations’ offices.

The OSU Spears School of Business faculty bring interactive sessions that will expand the participants’ skill set and business acumen.

Sept. 8: Ethics Awareness: Managing for an Ethical Workplace (9 a.m.-noon) and The Power of Influence (1-4 p.m.), presented by Andrew Urich, associate professor of management, director of student development, Eastin Center for Talent Development, OSU Spears School of Business. Hosted by ISN, 3232 McKinney Avenue, Dallas.

Oct. 11: Creating and Developing High Performance Teams (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) Raj Basu, vice president, academic affairs, OSU-Tulsa, associate professor of management, OSU Spears School of Business. Hosted by Deloitte, 2200 Ross Avenue, Dallas.

Oct. 25: From Traditionals to Millennials: Leading Generations at Work (9 a.m.-noon) Ken Eastman, dean, Norman & Suzanne Myers Chair, and Richard W. Poole Professor for Excellence, OSU Spears School of Business. Enhancing Service: Creating a Practical Customer Focus (1-4 p.m.) Lee Manzer, professor of marketing, OSU Spears School of Business. Hosted by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, 901 Main Street, Dallas.

The fee is $275 per three-hour seminar and $525 per six-hour session; participants will receive a 10 percent discount if they register for all five sessions. Materials and refreshments are included in this registration fee.
