OSU Speaker Series announced
for Tulsa and Oklahoma City

TBF_EMB_2016_SPEAKERSCarly Fiorina, John Rossman and Kyu Rhee will be the featured speakers for the 2016-17 Tulsa Business Forums and Oklahoma City’s Executive Management Briefings, presented annually by Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business along with corporate sponsors.

The speaker series presents the Tulsa and Oklahoma City business communities the opportunity to hear renowned business, political and world leaders speak about topics and improve business culture in Oklahoma. Both the Tulsa Business Forums and Executive Management Briefings are coordinated by the Center for Executive and Professional Development at OSU.

“We are once again honored to offer an outstanding group of speakers for the Executive Management Briefings and the Tulsa Business Forums,” said Ken Eastman, dean of the Spears School. “The Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas are very important to us and these speakers give us a great opportunity to engage our many friends and alums in these cities. We at the Spears School take great pride in being able to bring such outstanding individuals to Oklahoma.”

The schedule for the 2016-2017 speaker series is as follows:

Tulsa Business Forums

Nov. 16, 2016 – Carly Fiorina, former chairman and CEO, Hewlett Packard (1999-2005) and 2016 presidential candidate, 9:30-11 a.m., Mabee Center.
Feb. 15, 2017 – John Rossman, author of The Amazon Way, former director of enterprise services at Amazon.com, and current managing director with Alvarez & Marsal, 12-1:30 p.m., Renaissance Hotel.
March 28, 2017 – Kyu Rhee, Chief Health Officer, IBM with global responsibilities for Watson Health, 12-1:30 p.m., Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Executive Management Briefings in Oklahoma City

Nov. 15, 2016 – Carly Fiorina, former chairman and CEO, Hewlett Packard (1999-2005) and 2016 presidential candidate, 4-5:30 p.m., National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
Feb. 16, 2017 – John Rossman, author of The Amazon Way, former director of enterprise services at Amazon.com, and current managing director with Alvarez & Marsal, 12-1:30 p.m., National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum.
March 29, 2017 – Kyu Rhee, Chief Health Officer, IBM with global responsibilities for Watson Health, 12-1:30 p.m., Cox Convention Center.
