Rachel Mui joined the PhD program in strategic management at the Spears School of Business in 2015. Prior to the program, she was the project coordinator for the Riata Center for Entrepreneurship, associate director for OSU's Student Startup Central, and the COO and co-founder of a tech start-up based in Stillwater, OK. She has work experience in business plan competitions, business incubators, and entrepreneurial consulting and has taught several courses in Venture Management and Entrepreneurial Internships at Oklahoma State. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Music Theory and Composition from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Masters degree in Design, Housing, and Merchandising, and a MBA from Oklahoma State University. Her research interests include performance feedback, aspiration setting, and strategic change.
