Dr. Anna Lennard is an Assistant Professor in the Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University. Her research examines affect, justice, and decision making biases in organizations. Her dissertation examines the role of perspective taking biases in managerial enactment of justice and social interaction outcomes. Her work has been published in the Oxford OCB Handbook and is forthcoming in the Academy of Management Annals and the Journal of Applied Psychology. In addition, her work has been presented at the annual meetings of the Academy of Management, the International Association of Conflict Management and the Oxford University Reputation Symposium.
