There are eight departments in the Spears School which offer degree programs in hospitality and tourism management, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, management, management science and information systems, marketing and international business.

Spears has master’s degree programs such as a M.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management, an MBA, M.S. in Business Analytics and Data Science, M.S. in Accounting, M.S. in Management Information Systems, M.S. in Quantitative Finance and M.S. in Economics along with online programs, graduate certificates and doctoral programs.

The Center for Sovereign Nations can provide information regarding scholarship resources provided specifically by tribes.
- Are there specific professional development noncredit opportunities for tribal government
or gaming business enterprises or casinos?
The Center for the Future of Work (CFW) can assist with on-site programs developed specifically for employees or help with current public offerings. These topics include accounting, finance, data analytics, supply chain management and professional development for management to help employees with career progression. Special programs may develop which will include specific topics for casinos and other tribal businesses.
The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management offers programs that may assist casinos in beverage and hospitality management through the CFW.

The Center for Sovereign Nations was founded in 2015 and collaborates with many tribal nations and serves all native students and their friends.

- Where can I find out about agricultural related tribal issues?
Tribes often have expertise on fire, wildlife, beef management, agricultural gardening, archery, robotics and youth livestock projects in 4-H Youth Development programs. There's additional expertise on healthy living, diabetes education and family and consumer sciences including support for food entrepreneurs through the Food and Agricultural Products Center.
OSU Agriculture includes the Ferguson College of Ag, OSU Extension and OSU Ag Research.
